A feeling that's it's own

Love is something special
A part of life that's great
Love is a gift
Making many people wait

Love is what we seek
So many people yearn
Love is fascinating
And everybody deserves a turn

To be loved by somebody
To know that someone cares
To be held by someone's arms
And to know that they're going to be there

Love brings many smiles
Making many so happy
Loves brings out a part of life
That many still don't see

Love is very unique
A feeling that's its own
And once you're truly in love
That love will never be outgrown

Love doesn't fade
Love lasts forever
With that special person
You'll always be together

But love is very fragile
It can break in a second
Leaving a broken heart
That may never mend

Love brings many tears
Making many so sad
Love brings out a part of life
We wish we never had

Love is very unique
A feeling that's its own
And once you're truly in love
That love will never be outgrown

Love doesn't fade
Love lasts forever
But with a broken heart
There's a tear with each thought of the other...

--I know it's not the greatest poem or anything. But after talking with my friend on the phone yesterday we kind of went on to the subject of love and I was thinking...so I decided to write what was in my mind, and this is what came out.--
