Dancing in the Rain

Instead of sunshine days
It always seems to rain
And when you think about it
You know it symbolizes your pain

But the music plays
And you forget your pain
Grab a few friends
And go dancing in the rain

Dance like nobody is watching
Soon you’ll begin to smile
Its your only healthy escape
And it makes life worth while

Dance through the pain
Forget what you feel inside
Dance with all your energy
There’s no more need to hide

    That was amazing. I've tried to write a poem on that topic, but it always comes out bad. This was excellent. I feel similar to the way you expressed your feelings in this poem. Nicely written. Kudos.
