The Woman In Grey

by BLaCK_RoSeS   Jun 12, 2005

Two clerks at a store,
were working one day
suddenly the door opens
and in comes a woman in Grey

the woman in Grey
was wearing silk,
she looked around,
and grabbed a bottle of milk

then as quick as a flash,
she bolted out the door
the clerks chased after her,
but they couldn't see her anymore

the next day,
the clerks at the store were ready
they expected her to not show up again
but she came already

she was wearing Grey,
her dress was made of silk
and once again,
she stole a bottle of milk

she ran for the door
so did the clerks
they followed the woman
followed her from work

the woman walked into a cemetery,
and then disappeared,
the clerks were shocked,
the truth was what they feared.

they began to turn back when suddenly
they heard a baby crying underground
they ran back to work and grabbed shovels
began digging and this is what they found

they found a coffin,
and lifted up the lid
and what they found
was a real living kid

but what was more shocking
was the baby's mother
it was the woman in Grey
she couldn't be mistaken for another

the woman in Grey,
was dead and wrapped in silk,
they mother came back as a ghost
and to feed her starving baby with milk

*this is another story from that website of ghost stories*
