Riding In My Car

by Kim   Jun 13, 2005

I am riding in my car bound to no where special,
Just to get away from all that I encounter,
I keep to myself as I drive into the night,
When out of no where there seem to be a light,

I keep my eyes appealed for anything that moves,
Hoping that the next day will come along real soon,
Relaxing to the scenery as a train passes by,
Waiting for the gate to rise so that I\'m on the other side,

Riding with a Calvary that seems to go forever,
I stopped to the other side to see what was the matter,
They had some trouble it seemed with many items there,
But nothing would have stop them for their trip somewhere,

I kept my world around me where ever it may go,
Knowing that tomorrow will feel as things were slow,
With shipment in the back they kept on toward their way,
Knowing that their Conrad\'s just kept going for that day,

As I passed them by they waved to me hello,
Yelling as I went through,I\'m sorry I have to go,
The ride seemed so excited as I kept right on,
I will catch up someday to reach the morning sun,
