Pain

by meg   Jun 18, 2005

The razor caresses her skin,
she doesn't wanna live like this.
It just feels oh so good,
For a moment, no emotional pain exists.

She doesn't have to think about her dad,
And all of the terrible things he says.
She doesn't have to worry about his put-downs,
And him wishing that she was dead.

The blade is the one thing she can depend on,
It's the one steady thing to get rid of her strife.
The blade is what helps her,
Get through her miserable life.
