My dream to be kissed in the rain

I always had this silly little dream.
This dream to get kissed in the rain.
It always seemed so romantic in the movies i seen.
Little did i know that soon my dream would come true,
and the best part about it is i would share it with you.
You took me by the hand and we walked down the driveway.
By now i knew that my dream was going to come true,
this was definitely the day.
You stopped and pulled me toward you,
as you slowly put your hands around my waist...
leaned in to wards me and soon it was only your lips that i could taste.
The drops fell upon us as we stood there and kissed in the rain,
and i knew after this i wouldn't feel the same.
You made my dream come true,
and i don't know what to say.
Except I'm glad that it was you that kissed me in the rain.
