Airplane Boy

by Taylor   Jun 23, 2005

I'm sitting in an airplane
Just sitting in my seat
And three rows ahead of me
Is a boy I'd like to meet

His eyes were green and captivating
His hair was tall and black
And let me tell you, where I come from
These boys we most certainly lack!

I find my self staring and
Quickly look away
I take a quick glance back and he mouths the word, "Hey."

I mouth it back shyly
He gives me a little wave
I feel my cheeks turn redder
God, his touch I craved

"EXCUSE ME EXCUSE ME!"
"We are about to land!"
I buckle me seat belt
And look back to find the man!

He's gone I can't believe it
He was gone in a zap
My father sitting next to me asked
"Did you have a Nice nap?"
