Be A Real Dad

by Jesslynn   Jun 27, 2005

If you love me, Daddy, why must you always go?
Do you really care for me, or is it just a show?

You make me all these promises, can't just one be true?
Do you know you hurt me, or do you think of only you?

When you ditch me I wish you could hear me screaming
I want a real father like the one when I was dreaming

I don't want you to get high or feel you have to drink
When you disappoint me doesn't that make you think?

You say you want to change, but I guess you don't know how
But you should figure it out, cause it has to happen now

I'm your baby girl so love me like you should
So don't regret not being good dad when you always could
