He Lives In ME

Jesus gave his life on the cross,
many people saw this as his loss.
He went through all this pain,
so the kingdom of heaven we could gain.
Many people said Jesus died,
all the ones that said this lied,
because the Jesus I know lives.
some people want to know how this can be,
this can be because he lives in me.

    Great poem. I love it. The only thing is when you said the people who said Jesus died lied - I know it works with your poem, but his earthly form really did die.
