Is Love Wrong?

by Dwayne R   Jul 7, 2005

My journey through life is spent searching.
Searching for what you ask? Love.
What have I found? Nothing but mirages.
Ideal love is non-existent.
Can you love someone? Yes.
Can you be loved? Yes.
Why do I say love is wrong then?
What happens when you love, and are loved by someone? You're penalized.
Heartache, pain, separation, and depression.
The more you love, the more you help, the greater penalty you'll pay.
For every ounce of love you collect, a pound of heartache is stored with your name on it for later.
You never choose when or where the weight will be exchanged, but rest assured it will be.
If love weren't wrong, there'd be no penalties.
