My Feelings

Confused and shattered
Hurt and Battered
Leaving me alone
Living in this home
A home of memories and nightmares
My hearts broken but nobody cares
Tears rolling down my cheek
Feeling so hopeless and so weak
Can n-e-body see my pain?
My heart falling like acid rain
Burning and urging
To feel
To feel somebody
Somebody to hold me
Not scold or control me
Someone who will be there
And care for me
Care for me like a real mother does
For her precious unborn baby
Not just some chick or lady

My feelings hid in a box
Hidden until someone unlocks
Unlocks my world of fears
And my crazed life of 17 years
Mind crashed like broken glass
Broken glass from an illusion
Equaling my reflection
Always needing protection

In and out of two different lives
The other one is chosen
The other one dies
One tells stupid lies
And the other one cries
Cries sorrowful tears
Wishing and hoping
To be free
Free from everything,
Even me……..
