Satan, the Father of Lies

He once was up in Heaven
A beautiful angel in this place
His name was Lucifer
An angel that saw God face to face

Lucifer led all the worship
He led all of the praise
To the one, beautiful God
They loved on God in all ways

Lucifer was the most beautiful angel
And he knew it, too
It got to him
So he decided what he'd do

Lucifer told the angels
To stop praising God, and to praise him
Some followed that idea
Others despised his whim

An army of angels followed Lucifer
Everywhere he went
When God found out
He sent them on their descent

God was very angry
For He is the one, true one
For Satan to betray Him
Meant that his time in Heaven was done

God changed Lucifer's name to Satan
Satan and his followers were thrown into hell
The former angels became demons
And that is how they dwell

So now Satan tries to destroy you
So that you'll worship him
Which isn't only weird and bad
But it's an evil, wicked sin

You should only worship God
Not Satan, who tries to steal, kill, and destroy
Don't do evil witchcraft
Don't mess with Satan like he's a toy

For he is pure evil
Every horrible sin and cry
Satan is the father
The father of lies

Only follow Jesus
The God who created you
Don't follow Satan
And don't let him tell you what to do

God is the way, the truth, and the life
God is the one who supplies
Satan is pure evil
Satan is the father of lies
