When my world fell away you weren't
there to hold my hand,
you watched me fall and didn't try to
help me back up to stand.

When my world fell away you didn't
are enough to be there,
I sat and cried for hours thinking how
the world wasn't fair.

You said you'd always be there and
you were here to stay,
but where were you the day my heart
and world fell away.

When my world fell away you didn't try
to make it better,
that is why today I had to sit down and
write you this letter.

You see I have a friend who's been
with me through it all,
when ever I need a helping hand all I
have to do is call.

When my world fell away and I started
to fall down,
she was there to catch me before I hit
the ground.

When my world feel away it was so
unfair,
but she sat with me as I cried and said
she'd always care.

When you weren't there the day my
heart and world fell away,
it wasn't you it was her who was here
to stay.

I hope you never feel the pain I felt
when you turned me away that day,
I hope you never know what it's like to
have your world fall away.

I'm not telling you these things to
make you sad,
I'm just telling you what kind of friend
you were that friend was bad.

My new best friend I've known only a
few years,
but she helped me through it all and
helped dry my tears.

No one can ever erase our memories
or try to take your place,
but she's my best friend now and
that's something you'll have to face.

When my world falls away I wont come
to you,
because I have a best friend that will
always stay true.
