Differnece

by Suchapoetictradgedy   Jul 20, 2005

You say your one thing
Though you act another.
I say that I am one thing,
And I'm true to myself.

I don't change me for anyone
This is me and there is the door.
If you don't like me that is fine,
Cause nobody said you had to stay.

I don't, won't, and can't act like you.
We used to be close, but that changed along with you.
How could you change who you are inside?
How could you up and change?

The difference is....The difference,
Between me and you! You are different,
And I am the same.
I won't put up with all of your pain.

You say you will always be there,
And you say you care.
But how can i believe you,
When your never here.

When I have a fight,
Who do I run to,
If your not here to comfort me?
Why do you have to be so selfish?

When I have a bad thought,
Who do I turn to.
If your to busy to help?
Your to selfish!

Thats the Difference between us.
Between me and you,
Is a whole wide world.
Never again to be breached.

This is your fault,
Your the one who changed.
Not me, not us, not this town.
Why do you have to be so spoiled and selfish?
