Inside me

Inside me lives a sad little girl
All because she has a screwed up world.
She cries and cries
And wants to die
This little girl inside me
Understands that life has its ups and Downs.
But she cant seem to understand
Why her life has more Downs then ups.
She wants the pain inside to stop.
She wants to be happy.
But theres so much pain within this sad little girl.
She can feel her heart ripping apart, Hearing her mind screaming for the pain to stop.
She drops to her knee's wanting to scream.
But instead she sits there and cries.
Hopping she will fall over and die.
She tries to ignore the pain held within.
But it's like a broken record,
It plays in her mind over and over again.
Maybe one day the wish i made to be happy will come true.
And the sad little girl inside me will disappear.
Along with the pain she holds within.
