Dear Everyone

Dear everyone that meant something to me:

I didn’t mean to hurt you,
It just ended up this way.
I tried so hard to keep going,
But everyday I woke up knowing.

I did it to myself,
That I can’t deny.
You wouldn’t of been able to help me,
It was just too bad.

The pain was unbearable,
A million knives crashing through your chest.
You think you hit rock bottom,
But there’s still more tests.

The knives keep on coming,
They test you in every way.
You can’t help but wonder,
If you’ll make it another day.

I decided to end it now,
Before it all gets worse.
I just couldn’t take all the pain,
What did I honestly have to gain?

So as I end this note,
I pray you won’t forget me.
