I've come to realize that there is more to life than just smiles,
Its described as a roller coaster and we have to overcome so many things.
From broken hearts, to rejection,
There are times when I break down in tears,
Endless tears that I feel will never stop falling.
Then I remember you,
I say a little prayer asking for your guidance,
For you to pull me through this troubled time.
I feel goosebumps up and down my arms,
As I begin to feel your presence.
I hear a voice in my head,
Saying I'm going to be just fine.
You know how much I'm in love with my guy,
I don't understand why he has to hurt me in so many ways.
You know whats going to happen in the future,
If my guy and I will survive these hard times,
Try to find the happy times again.
I know when my life is falling to pieces,
When my friends are out of sight,
When I can't see the light,
I can call out to you,
Ask you to help me through,
Because, I know, you're always going to be there.

I just wish others would know too...
