My fairy with no wings

by Avrii Monrielle   Jul 24, 2005

She has her wings
But they were torn by a butterfly
The whispers of the things
She hopes doesn't fly

She is going to die soon
Because a cat scratched her skin
She cannot hear
And is bleeding from within

Now she is on the floor
Her body spilling from decay
She faints once more
She shall die today

She was sculpted by creation
But god does not want things like her around
He loves them though
And knows where they are bound

I say goodbye to my fairy
As she takes her last breath
Dying in my hand
The day of her death....

This poem kind of reminds me of my style of writing. I also like it because it tells a story, and blends together.

I got the cat part...cuz the wings of butterflies or whatever r really delicate and even when it gets touched the powder on the wings disables them from flying...but its the 1st stanza i didnt understand...

but the rest of it made up for it so i gave u 5/5 =)
