Not Today

I could cry myself to sleep,
I could convince myself I'm not ok.
I could be my own best friend,
I could dread waking up to another day.

Maybe I will cry when i'm lonely,
maybe i won't be ok.
Maybe I'll be alone,
Maybe, but not today.

    That's powerful...seems you're a woman of few words...I love it only the line, "Maybe I'll cry a river" - that just reminds me of the song "cry me a river" ...so it doesn't seem original...if you could change that line I think it would be better.
