That Night

That night it all came crashing,
The night for it all to end,
It was a night my frail heart
Has a lot more yet to mend.

I'm not angry at what you did,
Nor at what you said
I'm sad that you let me go,
I might as well be dead.

You didn't stop me,
You didn't care
I walked out of your life,
Crying in despair.

Tell me what I meant to you,
Show me how you feel
Because right now I am so lost,
In this world, it all too surreal.

I hope I never meet,
A person quiet like you
And never fall in love,
Like how I did for you.

I hate you and what you did to me
Ill never forget it now
You tore my heart
And shattered it

Like confetti on the ground.

I recently had a fight with a guy that I didn't realize I loved...crazy I know but ..we will never be the same again n I just wanted to say ..I loved you until you hurt

    Heyy i like this poem i can relate to it..i know how you feel my boyfriend dumped me and went out with my best friend..it hurt and im still not over it..i hope you can pull through this pain..well great poem..keep it up =)

    great job on your poem love is hard and painful i have been living in pain with love for 7 yeards now with the guy im with all he seems to do is hurt me in so many ways but i hope you recover unlike me i will never beable to
