Have you ever felt like an outkast
Everywhere you go you're out of place
Bleeding from your lonely eyes
Screaming from your tear stained face?

Have you ever felt so alone
In a crowd of people you knew
You try to talk to everyone
But they're oblivious to you?

Have you ever closed your eyes
Just for a second or two
But you recoiled from everything
From the memories that flood through?

Have you ever bled invisible blood
That express the hurt in every vein
To show people that they don't know
Anything but their own pain?

Have you ever cried yourself to sleep
Because someone tore you apart,
Because that person was hurting so bad
They demolished your heart?

Have you ever stopped to realize
That there is someone spying
Peering intentfully at your every action
But still they don't see you crying?

Have you ever lied to someone
When they asked if you were okay?
You nodded and put on a smile
When internally you were in disarray?

Have you ever been forced
To do something you never wanted to do?
You tried to hold on to your pride and dignity
No one knows what you went through?

Have you ever tried to tell the truth
But they only dwell on old lies?
Believing what they want to believe
Whether not it means if someone dies?

Have you ever broken someone's heart
To the point you can't pretend?
You push your guilt so far
The pain you want to mend?

Have you ever cried without a reason
Because something didn't go your way?
