Mask

by *black*and*white*   Jul 30, 2005

I'm so happy on the outside,
I always seem to smile.
But that's just a mask that behind i hide,
I've been there all the while.

If you look deep enough,
You'll soon see why I hide.
I'm really not all that tough,
I'm slowly dying inside.

My soul is shattered to pieces,
I'm barley scrapping by.
All you'll really see is,
I'm just to weak to try.

So each and every day I wake,
And put my fake smile on.
I don't want you to know my fate,
So this mask is all I got.
