Memories

There used to be a time
Where all the friends I've made
Were all together happily
Now all have begun to fade

Oh Sweet Memories
Oh sweet promises set
Have collided on this new year
We all once again met

My old friendships
That have been broken
Leaving me in denile
Time for me has frozen

Sometimes its hard
Just to let go of the past
I am stuck at the side
Watching the years pass so fast

Grade school is over, I know
Middle school was great
But it went away to fast
High school is here and brought my fate

Fate even took old friends
That I don't get to see
Cause they live so far away
But I pray they will remember me

I hope they remember
The happy friendship we had
And someday come back
Before fate drives me mad

I remember what I used to have
Even though those I had don't remember me,
Forever I will always love them so
And forever keep them in my memory
