You're Always Near

by rachyBBY   Aug 2, 2005

If a picture is 1000 words
How much is a tear?
Because I have a lot to shed
Since you're never here.

I don't see the point in living
Now that you're gone
Life will never be the same again
There's no reason to hold on.

You were my everything and more
My light on a rainy day
The importance in my life
The flowers in the month of May.

When I get up in the morning
And realize you're not here
I live my life in a daze
Because I'll never again hold you near

I realize that without you
A part of me has died
I know that it'll never return
No matter how much I've cried

When you died, you took a part of me
That will never again heal
But with time, I'll get better
And I'll again start to feel

I'll feel different emotions
Other than sorrow and fear
Because even if you're in Heaven
I know that you are near.
