Dreams

by FELTON PHILLIPS   Aug 7, 2005

I dreamed a dream that left me dripping in sweat, dramatizing some dreadful experience.

Dreamed that I was flying, floating through the air, moments and momentum all slowed as time slipped sleepily by.

Wondering why I was in this place feeling fear. I dreamed in crazy crayon colors interspersed with hints of black and white, while crazy cryptic conversations introduced mind mangling concepts.

Consciousness came creeping in. Reality, seeping slowly through the hue-less haze of the dreadful dream
....I woke up.
