To My Dearest Friend (part one)

by Jacklyn   Aug 7, 2005

To my dearest friend,
My loyal closest companion,
You were there for me from the start,
You always shared to me your great words.

Offering me open arms of love,
I just wish I were as strong as you.
I wish I had your bravery and courage,
But from days to day I grew weak.

To me you always spoke true,
As I did the same for you,
The only thing from you7 I ever hid,
Was my weakness growing powerful rooted deep within.

If I had to describe perfect,
I would describe you, my friend,
Because in my eyes you are invincible,
You are happy, smart and strong willed.

Three things to which I can’t relate to me at all,
So please think of the good part of me,
That I was there beside you from the start,
And that I was too also once strong.

Please don’t remember me for my actions,
You’re the only person, who won’t judge me,
Sorry I’m leaving so suddenly,
You are my dearest friend; within this Hell I call my world.

~please read part two, and if you ever feel that you are at the point to which you are contemplating suicide just talk to someone, someone will always care! always! you may seem lonely but you will be missed. let someone know of your problems, then maybe they can help you. but you are not alone.~
