You'll Never

by eternal rest   Aug 13, 2005

What you’ll never know
Is how often I cry these tears
Wishing you were here.

The things you’ll never see
These scars on my leg
Sobbing blood as they beg.

These things you’ll never hear
Words of hate
Spilling from my mouth as I wait.

What you’ll never feel
My warm breath upon your neck
Hiding what’s inside, this useless wreck.

The things you’ll never taste
Your lips upon mine,
You and I, in our endless shrine.

This aroma you’ll never smell
My sweet perfume
Casting you into your endless doom.

What you’ll never know
Is how much
I love you.
