If your a bully then this is for you...

next time you call someone names
think about the pain you'd feel if you were being called them

next time you beat someone up
think about the bruises that will stay for weeks reminding you of the hurt and humiliation that that bully put you through

next time you threaten them
think about the fear you'll have to put up with,the fear of going to school and constantly watching your back

imagine its you being bullied
imagine its you sitting on the bench all on you own at lunchtime with no friends
imagine its you who has no one to turn to for help
imagine its you who cries yourself to sleep every night
imagine its you picking up the blade and cutting your wrists
imagine having your parents find the suicide note saying "I'm sorry mum and dad,I'm just not strong enough to put up with it anymore...ill always be your little angel,goodbye"
