Another poem for the people who suffer in silence

People tell me i don't know how they feel
but truth is i may know exactly how they feel
how much pain there going through
what that pain feels like
how it feels to just want to give up and take the easy way out
how it feels to have the blade cutting into my skin and watch the blood run down my arm
people should be careful when they say "you don't know how i feel!!!"
because one of these days someone may turn around and show them there scars
tell them what they've been through
and tell them how they felt
people suffer in silence more than you think
i just hope that for all those people who do suffer in silence
find a way to make it better
find someone they can trust and talk to
find someone to help end their pain...
