A Wish for the Shadow

(( Every time there is a space, the person talking changes. This starts with the girl, then the shadow and so on..))

"My deep dark angel, I your cold black flower ask only a few tasks in my final hour."

"What is it my rose? What do you desire? How care I service you in your time of no power?"

"I need something special that only you can give me, something so unique that you may not forgive me."

"No such thoughts", said the shadow. It just pat her with a grin. "Tell me, my child, your every last whim."

"I ask my dear friend that you be the one to relieve me, because sadly enough all else deceive me. But that is not all, my shadow figurine, I also ask that I be erased from this life so obscene."

"That my dearest I can grant with no haste. For such a large wish I rather distaste. Why let go of such a delicate being, and to erase would hold absolutely no meaning."

"I am tired of this place, and of this terrible world. To allow myself to live any longer would be completely absurd. If you will not do this, than at least hide me away. Lock me somewhere deep and allow others to forget my name."

The shadow only nodded with a flicker in his eyes of pure defiance. "With a void of emptiness will this flower be alliance. No more will they know of a child of her name." And just as the girl had faded, the shadow did the same.
