On the Other Side

by AlchemistEdwardElricImpersonater   Jul 19, 2005

I will pick my feet up one at a time,

Not even the howling wind can't hold me back now.

There's no time for me to waste,

Because I must undo what was wronged.

Even if I must bandage my own wounds,

Or leave them bleeding as I go,

I won't let anything hold me back.

With each step I meet more people,

With each glance I must make more choices,

And each time I get a little wiser.

I know for sure now that this is how it's meant to be,

And I can only say that I will try my best,

Because I know that people are counting on me,

And the answers are only on the other side of that hill.
