DTS - Eyes

by Bryan Berry   Aug 25, 2005

Seeing her every morning
Helping her with her homework
And once in a while
I get to catch her eyes

She's usually pretty quiet
And pretty she is indeed
She's so much younger
But I don't care
Sure I don't know her
But that can change

'Cuz when I look into her eyes
I fall into her pool of deep blue-green
And when she catches my eyes
I hope she sees something great in me

I wonder what she's like
I wonder if she thinks about me
And every single day
I can't wait to see her
And in my mind I dream
Her at homecoming with me

'Cuz when I look into her eyes
I fall into her pool of deep blue-green
And when she catches my eyes
I hope she sees something great in me

Maybe she'll let me call her
Maybe there is a future after all
All I can do is hope and pray
That we will be together some day

'Cuz when I look into her eyes
I fall into her pool of deep blue-green
And when she catches my eyes
I hope she sees something great in me
