The Life He Choose

by Stevi Loren   Aug 27, 2005

A hustler and his life
Struggling to support his kids & his wife
Growing up was a struggle itself
Trying to make it out the hood with wealth
Everyone around him die one by one
Thinking the fast life would be fun
Strippers, Money, Cars, and Clothes
Wasn't worth the pain
Everyday it's hard to maintain
Around the clock shifts
Make it hard to sleep
Everyday the game gets deeper and deeper
The game is a gamble
Sometimes you end up in jail
Wishing you went to school to excel
Once your in there's no turning back
Six feet deep and laying in a casket
His wife crying and screaming
Life can't go on
But a hustler's life is what he chose
