Rain

I stare at the sky while the rain floods my heart,
Something inside me has been torn apart,

The rain can bring energy but this time it brings me sadness,
I don't know why it brings me so such madness,

I realize I am lying in a puddle of dirt,
I would probably get up if I weren’t so hurt,

This time the reason for my pain is not clear to see,
I held it for a while now kept deep inside of me,

I cannot express to myself how I feel,
Rain pours into my nose and mouth and I forget this is real,

I can feel my eyes roll back into my head,
Unconscious I drown in water until I am dead,
