Hide and seek

One two three
ready or not- here i come
hurry and hide
before your time is up

counting slowly
then finally reaching ten
opening my eyes
the game begins

i am in no rush
you will be found soon enough
for now you will stay
hidden shaking in fear

where, oh where are you?
the searching gives me a high
you know i'll make you scream
it sends chills down your spine

this all is so pleasing
i have the control
once you are found
you have no where to run

you hear me creeping forward
i reach the closet door
your pounding heart gave you away
i heard it all along

i see you
and you know it's the end
this is when reality ceases
and your nightmare begins
