Carnage in Sweat

by marilyn marti   Aug 31, 2005

I can see, everything in front of me
the way it was 7 years ago
now I can fly with no disguise
as the sun sheds I grow old
Murderers,lullabies,things I told you a thousand times
Epiphany and deceit no more time for angry eyes

I know that it's always hard to let it go
but I don't understand the hardest part
of living when it doesn't start
and I know your face
the one that brings me such disgrace
I will sink,you can rise
as we scream at running time
Hold your head in its place
I can make you, I can break you all....................away.
