Fairytale Life

Once upon a time
In a mind so distant and lost
There was an empty girl
With lost and empty thoughts

She lived in a fairytale
In a world of happily ever after
She met and married her true love
A happy end to every chapter

Giving up on her fairytale
Was like giving up on a dreams
She wanted to believe in soul mates
But of course, nothings as it seems

Trapped in every page
Of every book, and every word
She just wanted out of the surreal life
She just wanted to be heard

One day she made it out
She wasnt a fairytale anymore
She soon found out the world was crude
She learned a lesson; a lore

She finally knew what it was like to be heartbroken
To be the reader and not the fairytale
She finally understood that her life was a lie
And soon enough she knew what it was like to cry

Sad empty tears fallowed sad empty words
