Girl

by dona moo-young   Sep 2, 2005

The girlc ries alone
Alone in her little room
The walls caving in on her
Dragging her to her perilous doom

She sits all alone
With no one to hear her scream
Such a short life
With no understanding of what love means

No belief in love
And not an air of hope
The girl sits and cries
Pondering upon the rope

There she ties a not
Her rope is now a noose
But ssubconsciously|_The girl ties the rope too loose

Knowing deep down
There's still a life to live
It's not the llonelinessthats killing her
It's that there's nothing more to give

She's given all her best
All the mind that u could think
All that's left is heart
But she can't find the link

WWhat'sthe purpose of a woman
Who has no love to give
None for man nor child
This woman has no life to give

This woman still a girl
Feels emptiness inside
Locked in her little room
That's where the woman will reside
