Lost Friendship

by Rhinehalt   Sep 4, 2005

In the destent years
Of long ago,
Is where an old friendship lays,
Long is it forgotten.

The laughing and kidding.
The joy and sorrow.
Means nothing now
To these old freinds.

All of the trails,
All of the pains,
All of the battles
That they been through together.
Are but dreams now.

A farewell rhyme.
A long past time.
A hope left forsaken.
Memories gone for good.

No tears are spent.
No laughs were given.
Just a glare
And broken vows.

So all is gone.
Nothing left.
All that is,
Is no more.

Where a friendship was
Is now but hatred.
A hatred so deep,
Only death can stop it.
