Full of hatred

Full of hatred,
burning pain,
Full of anger,
gone insane,

You want to cut,
you want to drown,
No more smiles,
only a frown,

You break down,
and start to cry,
Keep repeating,
you want to die,

You get mad,
smash things up,
Something big,
or just a cup,

You kick and scream,
you have had enough,
They treat you bad,
and life is tough,

You cannot talk,
you feel alone,
you cannot make it,
all on your own,

You want help,
You want a mate,
Nobody comes,
then it is too late.

It is not brilliant but it will do for how I feel. This describes how I feel today. Pretty bad eh? I will ll keep going and fighting it though for now.
