Moods

I am in one of those moods,
and I don't know why,
Don't know whether to laugh,
or break down and cry,

I get a bit like this sometimes,
so it's really no big deal,
But at the time it's not funny,
the hurt inside feels so real,

It's like everything is annoying me,
like I'm all sensitive inside,
I don't want to talk to anyone,
I want to run away and hide,

This poem is going nowhere,
don't want to scream & shout,
For I am in a bad mood today,
I just had to let it all out.
