Two Minds

Do I get back with him?
Do I leave it?
Do I fall for him again?
Or wait a bit?

He's always in my face,
But never here,
I don't know if it's forward,
Or stuck in reverse gear.

I want to be with him,
But yet I don't.
I want him to stop drinking,
But I know he won't.

The only wall standing,
Standing in OUR way,
Is the fact that he drinks,
He drinks every day.

I can't be doing with it,
Him giving no attention,
I don't know whether to leave,
Or the chance of redemption.

Can I put up with it?
When he drinks to much,
Or do I just leave now,
And miss his soft touch?
