Force Of Pain

by blackheartinlove   Sep 11, 2005

The tearing pain of you,
Came back to me one day,
Cradling my finest fears,
You looked at me with remembering eyes,
And told me, that you missed me,
It's not supposed to be like this,
I promise that I know for sure,
I don't want to hear your devilish lies ever again,
I want to live free of your binding grip,
Force of pain, sweeps my lifeless body,
Your hands contour to my spine,
Burning tears of forgiveness, roll briskly down my cheeks,
Plunging into the sorrow puddles surrounding my feet,
I've visited this place,
A few too many times,
The puddles grow larger with my acid tears,
Each time I return,
I promise that I'll forget you,
If you promise to let me leave,
That smile I know so well,
Searingly brands your face,
Greeting eyes of harm,
Mesmerize my thoughts,
Look away,
I tell myself,
You can never let him in,
I close my broken eyes,
And beg for help,
I cry for endless days,
Still with my little eyes closed,
I shall lye this way until I heal,
The pain is excruciating,
It's hard to breathe,
I wait for countless days,
To finally be saved.
