Where were you? That day the earth made a sound like thunder?
When the black smoke rose into the sky,
Where u standing wondering why?

I was in school, learning’ about history.
My principle came on the intercom.
He said something horrible had happened.
And the kid next to me, lost his mom.

Where were you, standing in the corner.
Where were you?
Asking for your mother?
Where were you, watching the towers fall down?
where were you, when help was on the way?
