This is nice, I like how you can be very descriptive while still using 'simple' words.

I love this poem!. Definitely one of my favorite poems of yours. The first line "I'll stare at the sunset until my eyes turn black" is so emotional, "The lone tree planted in the sand and the soft wind caresses my troubled mind" is so beautiful yet hurting. "Splitting open like a melon and it sets my soul free," I love the ending. It's like a love story all wrapped up in one little poem. You are an incredible writer. This poem is so beautiful and amazing. love, Elizabeth

Gary this is beautiful. Usually I don't read Untitled poems, but I'm so glad you mentioned to do so as a prelude to Someplace where there are no dandelion seeds. Now it hits me even harder. *hugs*
