My Grandma

by Jackie   Sep 13, 2005

My grandma is getting older
Her time is fading fast
I just hope she will not forget
The good times in the past

I tell her that I love her
Before we say good-bye
Because it is getting tougher
For her to keep the lie

I know God is with her
And my papa too
But I just want more time with her
At least to hear me say I do

My grandma is the sun light
My grandma is my moon
She is stars in the starry night
Or someone I can run too

No matter where that women goes
I know she is with me
From the top of my head to my toes
She is my shinning sea

When God takes my grandma home
No telling when that will be
I will know I am not alone
Cause my grandma will be with me
