Give in.

by Anna   Sep 17, 2005

An imperfect demise lies in the palm of a child, creating a monster at such a young age.
A sinful youth relates a tale in an empty confessional booth.
Can it be the truth?
A ghost in the center of an empty stage, baring his soul for the world to view. This is all too new.
Too false, too fake? Is it all too much to take?
Give in, give in; There's nothing to lose, but nothing to gain.
Exploit someone and show them true pain.
Too young to love, too young for true hate.
Too lost to ever be found, too loud to make the slightest sound.
Give in, give in; you've been living a lie.
Give in, give in; no one's ever too young to die.
Give in, give in; this is nothing but a dream.
Give in, give in; what could this possibly mean?
Give in, give in; it's surely not the truth.
Give in, give in; It doesn't lie in an empty confessional booth.
Give in, give in; you're the ghost in the center of the empty stage.
Give in, give in; You're the one word on an empty page.
Liar.
