Breathe In..
The pain will fade away.
breathe out..
don't listen to what they say.

You are not worthless,
You're not just a piece of sh*t.
Find a place to run,
you can escape it.

I'm looking in the mirror,
and you know what I see?
I dont see what everyone else does,
I see the monster in me.

I want to escape so bad,
because their words they cut me real deep.
But this mountain of troubles I'm climbing,
it is just too steep.

I try and I try,
But I end up nowhere at all.
And when I want them to help me up,
instead they laugh when I fall.

I need some one to catch me,
before I go insane.
I need a new way,
to relieve this pain.

So please if you can hear me,
Please before it's too late.
Because I know I should stop,
But I can't let go of this blade.
