Mystery Life

Mystery Life

The freshness of the air beats against her skin
The raindrops spraying lightly on her freckled face
The hardships of life and the worries held within
Makes her want to run and get out of this place

The fortunes of being young, wild and free
Has changed our lives, our frame of mind
A screaming grumble, an unheard plea
Makes the world seem harsh and unkind

A lonesome world, one single life
Filled with misery and tension
Trying to break free of this horrid strife
Glowing with conflict and violent dissention

Breaking free, but getting nowhere far
And taking all we give
We have to bare, until we die
The mystery life we live

Oh I like this. It has a lot of meaning. On the outside and in the inside. Even if you didn't notice it yourself. =P

The flow was ok, but could be improved a little. I liked the meaning in it. 'A mystery life.' Wow. Deep lol. To me it came out as we never know what's going to happen next, and we should take life for granted. Nice job of thinking of that and being able to write it in a poem. =) 5/5 xoxo

    'Twas interesting! [:
I loved how you described each bit, Near the end I thought your sentances could've been longer to complete the flow but was still a good poem. Well done.

Loved this line [A screaming grumble, an unheard plea]

Your poems seem to have single lines that put me in awe. Goooooood work. =)
