This is a poem that is gonna go to my girlfriend on sept. 28 i hope everyone likes it, tell me your opinions

Wow it was 8 whole months ago
ever since then life been like an eventful flow
you've been on my mind quite a bit
and you'd think most people would get tired of it
not i though, for your the one for me
and to my heart you have the key
through many problems we've overcame
my love for you will remain the same

within this time, events have gone by
some of which had made me cry
but in the end things always work out
so there never is a reason to pout
i know lately i've been imature
but your always there to be the cure
i know we've gone a round or two
but the bottom line is that i love you
